to formulate a plan for earthquake disaster mitigation in
Kathmandu valley;
(2)
to carry out technology transfer to Nepalese counterpart
personnel and formulation of a plan encouraging the related
personnel on emergency action in the course of the Study; and
(3)
to form a database on earthquakes and earthquake scenarios
(estimation of earthquake disaster).
